Rainbow Salad

It can be challenging to be sure about eating vegetables raw in corona days, so I will try to give easy salad ideas with vegetables that are relatively safer than greens (in my opinion). Frozen vegetables are also a good source of vegetables.



INGREDIENTS

  • red cabbage 
  • bell pepper pickle
  • frozen corn kernels
  • pumpkin seeds

      HIGHLIGHTS
  • I didn't give a certain amount of ingredients just play around to your taste. 
  • Pumpkin seeds are rich in Zinc which is a good source for the immune system.
     
      STEPS



Cut red cabbage and bell pepper pickle into small pieces then mix all ingredients.



Add salt lemon and olive oil.
