Super Easy Acuka
- 3 Cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp of paprika paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dried mint
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 2-3 whole walnut
HIGHLIGHTS
- Best enjoyed after waiting for overnight, that way garlic taste will infuse better.
- Skip adding salt if your paprika paste is already salted.
STEPS
Crush the garlic or cut into really small pieces.
Add 3 tbsp paprika paste.
Add 2 tbsp olive oil.
Add 1 1/2 tsp dried mint.
Add 1 tsp ground cumin and mix well.
Add salt and mix(I forgot to put it first that's why there are walnuts in it:))
Crush the walnuts in your palms than add to the bowl.
If crushing the walnuts in your palm sounds challenging to you can try simply cutting them into little pieces with a knife.
Mix well then cover it with stretch film and wait a day for garlic to infuse to the paste.
